 Volley Ball Tournament

Yesterday, Ruapotaka had selected 10 years 6 and 5, and year 7 and 8 volleyball teams. I had gotten selected to go represent my school along with 9 other years 7 and 8s. Our transport was the 2 deputy principals, Mr. Nevalangi, And my mum. On our way to the barefoot stadium, At Selwyn college.  As we finally reached our destination. both teams stood outside to talk about what will happen for the day.  Going into the stadium ready and prepared. 

We put our bags down on where we were sitting. 1 hour went by and the year 6 team had already played their first game. Turned out we had an automatic win, because saint piers didn't show up to the event. In the year 7 and 8s second game, we versed glen Taylor . Hard game, but we lost. Tamaki Primary , Pt england x2 . 

Hard , tired day , on Wednesday . It was worth it though .

Things I did In The Holidays

My holidays was ok ..... i was too bored , so I ended up writing songs . I managed to write 6 songs . If I was to show u the lyrics it would take u long to read . I asked people if they wanted me to write a song about them ..... i got 3 people . I did a song for my bestfriend / my sisda / and the others were jus for fun .

I would listen to some usic and come up with my own tune and lyrics .

 SOCCER TOURNAMENT TRYOUTS 

On Wednesday afternoon @2:00 in the after noon . years 5 - 8 were having their soccer tryouts for the soccer teamz . The teams would be 5 v 5 .  there was half of field for the groups to verse .  so the would be 2 sets . One side would have a game , and on the other side theres another game .  after a game , the teamz would switch sides or switch opponents .  

Running , and teamwork for almost a hour .  Everbody was tired , as we finnaly stopped the tryouts aka the games .  Legs were tired .  Heads were sweating .  Everyone was happy to participate .

Taika waititi shows mental and emotional well-being Hauora by … acting because .. through acting u show emotion and mentlness  through how to talk and how u pronounce your words.  Taiaka waititi has acted in different movies with different expressions and how he says his words …. Not only in movies but in his speeches.  in any movie there's different use of expression … for almost any movie u need to use expression. Proof

School photos

 2 weeks ago Ruapotaka was having their school photos .  I was the runner aka  getting each class for their photo.  Lots of running was involved .  If I was to calculate how long  I was running for , It would have been almost 2 hours that i was running non stop just to get each  class photo.  There would be times where I would have a 2 min rest.  Not only that I would also be in my photo.

After all of that running the year 7 and 8s went to tech .
