T2 Goals

MY LITTLE ALIEN

My little alien is like gooey slime,
His colour is yellow and green lime.

My little alien is like a snail, 
He is thirty cm from head to tail.

He likes to dance in front of dad,
The only thing is he's really bad.

He eats a lot and makes such noise,
He is so loud he wakes the boys.

I like play with him in the school hall,
He once scared bullies at the costume ball.

I might call him Luke or maybe Sam,
Because when he's hungry he likes ham.

But... dad and my mum don't want him to stay,
Because his breath stinks almost every day.





  

My Experience Reading Toi Toi Books

Intro:

Yesterday Room 9 and 10 went to room 11 because we were going to read toi toi books.

#Waiting

First we sat on the floor and sang This Is Me, which was the song we were going to sing for the people from toi toi.  We waited for them and Conzay.  Then Conzay had arrived same as the people from toi toi.  They had introduced them selves.   After they introduced them selves we got into 6 groups.

We went in our groups, in my group was Halasika, Sai, Ocyan, Faye, Myrie, And Sione.  We all looked at poems stories and pictures.  There were lots of amazing art and writing that was done by 10-12 year olds .   We first read The Whistle Blows.  The picture looked really funny because there were people playing rugby and there was a giant playing which the giant had kicked a player on the other rugby team.

#Saying Goodbye

We had finished and said good bye.  Alamoni stood  and said a thank you to the people from toi toi.  Then we finished saying goodbye with a song.  We said goodbye, and we were lucky because we got keep some books no like keep keep but we got to keep them to only read

Intro

On Thursday 3:30 my brother and aunt's went to the movies, to watch Avengers Infinite War, at New Lynn because the movie just came out.

*Getting Ready

 Thursday 3:30pm :My brother and I were in different places playing games.  I was in the shed on the x-box 360 playing Fable lll while my brother was inside the house watching videos on YouTube.  We were on it for 5 hours until my aunt came and told us to get ready to go movies at New Lynn.  We had gotten ready and then my other two aunties were coming with us.

   

*Eating

We had arrived to the movies ("not inside the movies")   but we had to find a parking spot.  We looked for a park then "Ching"! we had found a spot .  So we were walking to the movie but the movie started at 7:55.  So we decided what to eat and we ate Mac's I didn't choose so my aunt chose for me. We then waited for our food.  Our number was 103. 5 mins later: We got our food.  We went hard out. We had a lot of time to eat because it was only 6:00.

Watching

We Waited For two hours then... it was 7:25.  We went to the cinemas to get tickets there was a big line, but my aunt managed to get tickets, for us.  We were only waiting for five minutes to get our tickets and to find our red chairs (seats).  We were in our chairs waiting for the movie to come on.  We watched all the adds that came on, then... The movie came on.

Conclusion

Feeling: Excited,sad

Opinion: I wish I could watch it again

My Experience In The Museum

My first experience at the museum was the cold cold cold wind.  But when we got inside it was still cold but it got a little bit warmer.  We then met one of the security and she asked if some of us have been to the museum.  Some of us did, so she asked about the rules in the museum, there was no running, silent voices, no shouting across the room. 

We then went up the stairs and into a room where there was lots of memorial name of men when they went to war.  We then went and sat down to discuss the rules and that who ever is real good the get to go into the next room.  So we all spread-ed out and tried to look for one of their families names.  Texas, Kotipi, Halasika, Kymani and I were as a group we looked at the N section.  We had found one of Texas's family, it had said" M. Nepia.

Next we went to the next room only for a little while because we couldn't disturb the World War 1 room.  In the next room there was medals and letters that some of the soldiers wrote but they got killed.

We couldn't go to the World War 1 so we then went around to the World War 2 room.  It was really cool because there was weapons like AK-47 rocket launcher, Katana's and also olden day Maori  houses

That was my favourite things I saw at the museum.
