Back To Online Classes 😕

Auckland is back into lockdown .  

Other cities are also in lockdown in New Zealand 
Schools are closed and kids are doing online classes.
It is level 3 in Auckland ,  fast foods are still open though but social distance and sanitize .  

Teachers are happy not to go to school : but they still do work for kids .  My view over lockdown is good because I get to sleep in ( sometimes )   .

Different Plants that heal in different ways

Today room 7 read about plants that  heal .  The was a chart that listed different Maori medicine  that mostly use leaves .  Heres the some of from the list of the medicine from the book.

KawaKawa : is leaves that are used for skin disease and boils or its chewed for toothaches.

MakoMako: is leaves that you boil and put on burns and liquid applied to sore eyes or boils

Manuka : is leaves infused for coughing and fever.

And more. Every single culture has different ways to heal .  And its good to have a different way.

Fitness / MORNING !!!

Today the seniors did fitness in the morning we were running for 10 minutes  in total .  It was a heck of a run .  Lots of people were tired.  You could here people's breath  and you could see their sweat.  And if you you saw them run , you would seen the pace they went as they ran
